We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to this website or any feature of this website or any feature or part thereof at any time. Any termination of your right to use or access any part of this website will not affect any rights which have accrued to or have been accrued by either you or us prior to termination.
Fees and Charges
The enrollment fee and the tuition fees are not refundable in part or in full under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed by EDU Child. All tuition fees are payable in advance on a calendar month/term/year basis as agreed with EDU Child or as agreed at the time of setting up Direct Debit.
If a student is unable to attend classes, notification is to be provided to the centre via the website (www.educhild.com.au). A maximum of 3 make up classes per term will be offered to the student to substitute for time away from class. If the student intends to stop attending class indefinitely, written notification by the parent/ guardian must be given to the teacher by the 15th of the current month. If notice is not given by the 15th of the current month, the following months fees may still require to be paid. If a student is absent from classes for more than three months, a re-enrollment fee is payable upon resumption. Notice must also be given by the 15th of the current month if a student is to transfer to a different subject. If notice is not given, fees for the following period may be payable.
EDU Child reserves its right to change its days of operation or close for a certain period of time due to public holidays or holiday periods (e.g. Christmas/New Year break) and/or any unforeseeable event (e.g. an act of God). In such event, EDU Child will advise parents of such change as early as practicable through written and/or direct communication.
In the event that the fees are not paid by the due date, EDU Child has the right to charge all reasonable costs and disbursements incurred by us to process or recover such fees.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held void, unenforceable or illegal, that provision will be severed, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will have full force and effect.
